Our swimsuits run small. If you are between two sizes, we recommend consulting our size guide or contacting us directly so that we can help you choose the most suitable size.
You can exchange an item if the size doesn't fit, in accordance with our return policy. To do so, please contact our customer service.
We ship your packages within 48 hours via Colissimo or Mondial Relay. Delivery times may vary but are generally 24-72 hours for Colissimo and 3 to 5 business days for Mondial Relay.
You can track your order using the tracking number you received by email after placing your order. Tracking numbers are sent within 48 hours.
If you are not satisfied with a KULANA swimsuit within 14 days of the reception date, simply write to us using the contact form
